  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • Free replacement, or

  • Store credit (if replacement is not available)

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or design variations (due to handmade nature)

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier

  • Refusal to accept COD orders

  • We generally do not provide cash refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit or replacement

  • In rare approved refund cases, amount will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Orders not confirmed may be cancelled

  • Refusal to accept COD orders may lead to restriction on future orders
